•    Delivery fees are refunded only if the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return Costs
•    If you change your mind, return postage is your responsibility.
•    If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return cost or provide a prepaid label.

All eligible products from Lodestone Leashes come with a 12-month guarantee covering manufacturing defects.
What’s Covered
•    Manufacturing faults
•    Defects in materials or workmanship
If a covered fault occurs within 12 months of purchase, we will:
•    Repair the item, or
•    Replace it, or
•    Provide a refund if neither repair nor replacement is possible.
What’s Not Covered
•    Normal wear and tear
•    Accidental damage
•    Misuse, neglect, or improper care
•    Unauthorised repairs or alterations
•    Cosmetic issues that do not affect function
How to Make a Claim
Email hello@lodestoneleashes with:
•    Your order number
•    A description of the issue
•    Photos/videos showing the fault (if possible)
We may ask you to return the item for inspection.
